• All pontoon boats rentals have free reign of the inter-coastal waterway.
• No farther EAST than the Navarre bridge.
• No farther WEST than the Perdido bridge.
• NO rentals are allowed to go into the Gulf of Mexico.
• No rentals are allowed in EAST bay, upper Pensacola bay above gulf breeze fair point or ESCAMBIA bay.
• **There is a $300 charge for going out of the boundary areas. One warning will be issued via call/text and if you go outside the boundaries again you will be charged.

• All rentals have set times. Being late for a rental does not extend your return time. Your return time will remain the same.
• If you do not call or show once scheduled time has started, we will give you 45 minutes to show up. If you do not show up then we cancel your rental and will not issue a refund.
• The first tank of fuel is on us as long as 4000 rpm limit is not violated.Trip will be downloaded and outside of driving beyond 4000 rpm for safety only reasons you will be charged entire trip fuel bill.
• We do not supply life jackets smaller than a large.
• Make sure you bring life jackets for children who can’t fit an adult large.
• USCG laws state children six and under are required to wear life jackets while on the boat.
• Any motorized boat rental operator, operating a boat of 10 hp or more is required by Florida law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card, temporary card or lifetime card.
• Most states have reciprocity with the Florida boater safety course.

Customer Cancellation

• 48 hours or less cancellation notice is a 25% refund, but always offer the option to reschedule.
• 24 hour cancellation notice is a 10% refund, but always offer the option to reschedule.
• No show or same day cancellation is a 0% refund.
• We will always give the option to rebook your rental
• Please allow up to 7 days for a refund.

Weather Cancellation 

• We do our best to watch the weather for all bookings. We cannot control the weather.
• We understand the Gulf Coast weather can change suddenly.
• We offer the ability to rebook anytime if there is an availability for the future.
• Refunds are subject to change per customer situation.
  – If GCPR cancels your rental, we will rebook your rental or offer a 90% refund.
• If you cancel but are able to go due to changing favorable weather conditions then you have the option to rebook any available date. If you choose not to rebook, then there will be no refund.
• If it is too dangerous to send you out then we can rebook your or issue a full refund of what G.C.P.R was paid for your rental
• We will always offer to rebook your rental
• Please allow up to 30 days for a refund.
